Bullying, peer pressure, academic challenges, abuse, family change or conflict can lead to depression, anxiety, and acting out.behaviors. Having a safe place to talk through their problems and a creative therapeutic approach enhances resilience and confidence.
Ages 18 and up can participate in any of the services offered. Some of the issues that are commonly addressed are life changes, anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma related issues, and work stress. Many techniques may be used including hypnotherapy, biofeedback, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness training relaxation exercises, eye movement integration, life goal focusing, and meditation instruction.
